- Monitor the budget allocated for the production design department and ensure cost-effective practices are followed.
- Stay informed about current industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to production design, and incorporate innovative ideas into the film's visual design when appropriate.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Production Designer or a similar role within the film industry.
- Strong artistic and conceptual abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficient in using design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse team and convey design concepts.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of film production processes, including set construction, prop fabrication, and costume design.
